I'm Irish, I live in Manchester, and I've been in the charity shops of Manchester since I arrived here at 18 with very little money and a lot of opinions about clothes.
I grew up somewhere without much fashion culture, which meant I spent years looking at clothes online before I could ever buy any. It turns out that's quite a good education.
This blog is the honest version of what thrift fashion in Manchester actually looks like — real shops, real prices, things that work and things that don't.
